These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the A Vision Academy website, learning platform, courses, live sessions, materials, and services.
By accessing our website, submitting a form, enrolling in a course, or using our learning platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About A Vision Academy
A Vision Academy is an educational platform that provides practical digital learning programs, including Social Media Marketing, strategy, AI workflows, content planning, production direction, ads logic, and real project workflow.
Our goal is to help learners build practical knowledge, confidence, and market readiness.
2. Course Access
After enrollment and payment confirmation, learners receive access to the course or package they purchased.
Course access may include:
- Recorded lessons
- Theoretical learning material
- Practical application material
- Templates and frameworks
- Weekly live sessions, when included
- Support or Q&A channels, when available
- Certificate of completion, when requirements are met
Access details will be shared after payment is confirmed.
3. Social Media Marketing Masterclass Structure
The Social Media Marketing Masterclass includes:
- Theoretical learning
- Practical application
- Weekly live sessions every Saturday
- Strategy learning
- AI workflow learning
- Content planning
- Pre-production and post-production direction
- Ads logic
- Client communication
- Full project workflow from A to Z
The Saturday live sessions are designed to help learners ask questions, stay on track, and make sure they are progressing properly.
4. Course Enrollment Timing
You can enter the course whenever you want after enrollment and payment confirmation.
Recorded lessons are available for flexible learning, and learners may join the available Saturday live sessions according to the course structure.
5. Payments
Payments are currently made through Whish or any other method approved by A Vision Academy.
Payment options may include:
- One-time payment as shown on the course pricing page
- Two-installment plan: $550 + $350
The exact payment structure will be confirmed before enrollment.
Your enrollment is confirmed only after payment is received and verified.
6. Installments
If you choose the installment plan, you agree to pay the required amounts on the agreed schedule.
A Vision Academy may limit or pause course access if an installment is not completed on time.
Installment payments are part of one course enrollment and are not treated as separate courses.
7. No Cancellation After Enrollment
Cancellation is not available after enrollment has been confirmed and course access has been provided.
If you have concerns after starting the course, you may contact our team under the refund policy explained below.
8. Refund Policy
A Vision Academy offers a refund review policy if:
- The course was not enough for you after genuine participation, or
- The course could not help you build the base needed to become more ready for the market.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
To request a refund, you must contact our team and explain your case clearly. We may review your course progress, participation, attendance in live sessions, completed applications, and communication history before making a decision.
The refund policy is designed to protect serious learners and ensure the course provides real value. It is not intended for users who enroll, consume the content without effort, and request a refund without genuine application.
9. Learning Outcomes
The Social Media Marketing Masterclass is designed to help learners:
- Understand Social Media Marketing as a profession
- Build a full SMM strategy
- Create content plans with purpose
- Use AI more professionally
- Prepare scripts, storyboards, and mood boards
- Understand ads logic
- Explain ideas to clients or employers
- Enter interviews with a stronger base
- Offer better services to clients
- Handle full projects from A to Z
However, results depend on the learner’s effort, practice, consistency, participation, and application.
A Vision Academy does not guarantee a job, clients, income, business results, or specific financial outcome.
10. Certificates
A Vision Academy may provide a certificate of completion after the learner completes the required course content or learning requirements.
Certificates show course completion and learning participation. They do not guarantee employment, clients, or income.
11. Account Responsibility
Learners are responsible for keeping their account login information private.
You may not:
- Share your login details with others
- Resell course access
- Record, copy, or redistribute course content
- Give unauthorized access to another person
- Use the platform in a harmful or abusive way
A Vision Academy may suspend or remove access if misuse is detected.
12. Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, templates, frameworks, slides, scripts, designs, documents, and learning materials belong to A Vision Academy unless stated otherwise.
You may use the materials for your personal learning and application only.
You may not copy, sell, publish, distribute, upload, reproduce, or share the materials without written permission.
13. Live Sessions
Live sessions are provided as part of selected courses or packages.
A Vision Academy may record live sessions for educational, review, or support purposes.
Learners are expected to behave respectfully during live sessions. We may remove participants who are disrespectful, abusive, disruptive, or violating the learning environment.
14. Course Updates
A Vision Academy may update, improve, add, remove, or change course content over time to keep the learning experience relevant and useful.
We may also update schedules, live session formats, resources, or platform features when needed.
15. Technical Issues
We aim to keep the platform working properly, but we cannot guarantee that the website or learning platform will always be available without interruption.
If you face technical issues, contact support and we will help you as soon as possible.
16. User Conduct
You agree not to use A Vision Academy for:
- Illegal activity
- Harassment or abusive behavior
- Sharing false information
- Attempting to damage the platform
- Unauthorized copying or distribution of content
- Misusing course materials or community spaces
Violation may lead to suspension or removal of access.
17. Third-Party Tools
A Vision Academy may use third-party tools such as payment providers, video platforms, messaging tools, email systems, analytics tools, or learning management systems.
We are not responsible for interruptions or issues caused by third-party services, but we will try to support learners when possible.
